CrossFit Jeffries Point’s facility is 3,000 square feet with two separate workout areas and an outdoor space. Members utilize the variety of equipment in curated workouts and classes that we offer. We have free parking plus on-street parking, two bathrooms (with showers), lounge and a babysitting room.

The CrossFit Jeffries Point team is led by owner Javy Caraballo.

Initial Consultation

Do not be shy! We believe in you. You want to get healthier and we are ready to help. Schedule your First Visit with one of our friendly coaches. We’ll review your goals and have a discussion about potential routes to success. No sales pressure, no obligation, no workout (yet) just a little chat. Be Ready To Be Transformed!

CrossFit 101

This is were your journey starts. The launching pad to transform your body! CrossFit 101 consists of 6 classes were our coaches will teach you how to squat, lift heavy objects from the floor and move properly to maximize your potential. Does not matter your fitness level; beginner, moderate or expert. You will learn new tools to improve your performance. Our coaches have a structure plan for every session that will improve your flexibility, movement pattern and develop or hone weightlifting and gymnastics skills to prepare you to crush the workouts.

Registration starts every two weeks. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.

CrossFit All-levels

The objective of this class is to maximize your fitness potential through a combination of gymnastics, weightlifting and monostructural (cardio) movements. All fitness levels welcome.

Open Gym

This is the time to make up a missed workout, practice skills, work on mobility, etc. A coach will be available if you have questions.

Private Coaching

Private Coaching - 30 min

Maximize your performance, recover from an injury or take your fitness to the next level when you training privately with a coach. With this service, the coach will be able to create a program specially for you and convenient to your schedule.
