CrossFit 101

This is were your journey starts. The launching pad to transform your body! CrossFit 101 consists of 6 classes were our coaches will teach you how to squat, lift heavy objects from the floor and move properly to maximize your potential. Does not matter your fitness level; beginner, moderate or expert. You will learn new tools to improve your performance. Our coaches have a structure plan for every session that will improve your flexibility, movement pattern and develop or hone weightlifting and gymnastics skills to prepare you to crush the workouts.

Registration starts every two weeks. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.
