Kipping Bar Muscle Up

One hour small group instruction on mechanics of Kipping Bar Muscle Up coupled with straight arm pulling and core strength work. Additional programming to be completed during the week. Athletes should be able to perform at least one Inverted Tuck Up, 30s Active Bar Hang and 10 Unbroken Toes to Bars or have coach's approval to enroll. Athletes should try yo attend all four classes and set aside to complete extra work during the week.
