EastieFit Training Plan

This is were your journey starts. The launching pad to your new fitness program! The EastieFit Training Plan consists of three weeks of classes were our coaches will teach and progress the foundational movements of the squat, the press and the deadlift. Overall, we want you to move properly without weights and with weights to maximize your potential.

Does not matter your fitness level; beginner, moderate or expert. You will learn new tools to improve your performance. Our coaches have a structure plan for every session that will improve your flexibility, movement pattern and develop weightlifting and gymnastics skills to prepare you to crush the workouts.

Registration starts every three weeks. Classes are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.
